About this deal

I like the smell one of my fave but dosent last, I spray it 5 times two in wrist two in chest and one in bcak of neck to make it notecable. The scent opens with pear, basil, pepper, adding in a "martini accord" which I can only guess is the scent of the herbal melange used in gin, because that's what it resembles. The first impression was a bad one, and I was equally repulsed with the bright magenta "punk" bottle. It's definitely marketed towards teens and twenty-something's but is by no means too young for mature women.

The perfumer somehow did all of this without any sea notes at all, I'm guessing all the saltiness is from that "martini" accord. I don't follow the brand, or wear the fashions, and I'm forty years away from being a teenage mall-rat. I love the tattoo design style of Ed Hardy stuff and for some reason thought that the scents would be more exciting. It smells just like Sarah Jessica Parker's NYC perfume (a little less musky) mixed with a Philosophy's Clean perfume. It starts off very sharply then fades slightly into a seaside ozone and ocean breeze and finally into a mellower beach scent.Out of all fragrances I've ever smelled, this is somehow the closest to reminding me of actually being on a cruise or vacation.

After two successful fragrant pairs from the collection Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier presents his third pair inspired by hearts and daggers in tattoo form. Smells like a "spiky" aquatic accord of harsh mineralic and aldehydic effects overlaying a sweet pear compote. This scent could be easily (and inexpensively) found in a mall body spray (like Victoria's Secret) with the same staying power. There isn't anything remarkable about the scent and doesn't quite live up to the original Audigier women's perfume. Please read the full reviews and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchasing decision. But I have this co-worker that I see about once a month (we work opposite shifts), and evey time I saw her. Fruity-florals, such as this one, have enjoyed an incredible rise in popularity in the past few decades. I am sorry as this is not my intention to offend anyone, but this is such an average scent that it doesn't have the right to be even exposed in the same place as the big houses like Guerlain or Dior or others like them. The main gist of Hearts and Daggers for Men is fusing an aquatic with common cocktail accords, maybe to make it club-friendly, but ultimately to make it really loud compared to others in it's class.
