It’s too hot in CA to be using the oven with no a/c 😅 do you have any cooking recommendations for the grill? Worcestershire sauce is the umami bomb and toasted sesame oil and the other ingredients are perfect flavorings. Then whilst we were making our air fryer cookbook ( you can find out more about it here) I suggested that as we have made an air fryer meatloaf before, we could easily take the same concept and convert our slow cooker recipe for doner kebab to the air fryer and make an air fryer doner kebab. For me this chicken was so so so good, and I tried it on scampi and some fries and mmmm super addictive.

I pointed to the kitchen and they then asked me if I was going back to work in a restaurant (I worked 35 years in them). Perhaps apple cider or wine vinegar, but I've never tried those and don't know how they will change the flavor. This is so easy to make, that I consider a fakeaway kebab the easiest takeaway to recreate at home and the meat is so, so delicious. Delicious and found it was better with organic chicken and prepping mid morning to grill at 6:30 yielded fantastic results- so yes I grilled them. Then years later, I met and my in love with Dom and OMG he hated the doner kebab with a passion and always told me that it smelt like sweaty feet and was the worst of the worst of the lamb and other meats and to eat something better.That said, if you load the chicken tightly, it usually takes longer to bake and the tops may have a harder time browning.

I've tried many sides with this chicken from rice to potatoes, roasted vegetables, and sauteed veggies. Yes, you can cook it in the crockpot but I would brown the skin first to give the chicken some color, similar to what I do in my Rustick Slowcooker Chicken recipe.

The ThermoPro TP07 or it's more advanced sibling ThermoPro TP08 that adds a second probe for monitoring oven/grill/smoker temperature, are very good. I would use skin-on breasts and bake at 375F for about 35-45 minutes, depending on chicken breast size. Thought for sure I made enough for leftovers but when I went to do the dishes, there was only one lonely thigh left in the pan. I also like to smoke pork chops low an slow, finishing over high direct heat for optimum tenderness and juiciness.
