About this deal

In recent years, I've dealt with several of life's big milestones. And I have more coming in the near future.

Billed as The inspiring biography of a refugee girl who becomes a millionaire, philanthropist and Dame of the British Empire, The Spanish edition of Let it Go was published in 2022. I finally found the words to respond to Julie's question. "Mum's life was not about the stuff," I said. What made her life shine had nothing to do with any of the objects she owned. Whether she held on to it for a minute or 90 years, her stuff was ultimately finite and temporary. Don't believe me? I understand. You've probably gotten the impression that downsizing should be a fear-inducing task. Honestly, how could it not be?

Set the magic free with Disney’s spectacular FROZEN. The award-winning musical brings to life a world of sumptuous beauty, humour and iconic music in a jaw-dropping production to melt hearts of all ages. How much do you have because of laziness? Things that you’ve replaced? Obligation? things you bought on impulse? Imposition — like things that your kids have stored in your basement or preschool items that don’t fit in the storage unit or school? Let go of the following things to be more authentic and open and true to yourself: Things you never really liked, things, you regret paying so much for, Stuff you inherited and hold onto out of a sense of obligation, and outdated belongings that represent a version of yourself long gone. One of the most powerful benefits of conscious surrender is a state of inner freedom. Our happiness doesn’t depend on what someone says or does, or on the outcome of a situation. Our joy is not tied to what we do or what we own. We discover “something that remains constant and the same, no matter what goes on in the external world or with the body, emotions, or mind.”

The book also blame everything bad on the person! Bad things happen.. it doesn’t mean I am bad or I need to fix me so bad things wont happen to me. Positive energy increases muscular strength by 500 %`. Come on... I have been weightlifting for 5 years now and being in a good or bad mood doesnt matter at all for muscular strength.

The truth of the matter is there are some things that happen in life that you must forgive without the benefit of an apology, for your own emotional survivor.." So I'm holding off on actually rating until I finish the audio book...but so far, I am deeply unimpressed. This book would be about half it's actual length if you cut the lists to manageable size and removed the outlandish claims (such as it being able to cure allergies). It usual riddled with false claims about auras (debunked) and other New age claptrap. T.D. Jakes shares from his own life on how he overcame obstacles to forgiveness and shares some stories of others and how they overcame obstacles to forgiveness. Eh, overall ok. I would have liked a better design & layout, along w/ better editing to really emphasize his core points. Sadly, I think his message is diluted because it gets lost among the other more filler-like stuff.

At some point in our lives, we all need to downsize. This book gives you the tools to get through this process efficiently and as painlessly as possible. Through her genius and ingenuity, Dame Stephanie pioneered a path for women. Get a copy of this incredible book and give one to everybody you know.” Founding Director of the Institute for Spiritual Research, Inc. (1983) and Founder of the Path of Devotional Nonduality (2003), Dr. Hawkins lectured widely at such places as Westminster Abbey; Oxford Forum; Universities of Notre Dame, Michigan, Argentina, Fordham and Harvard; University of California (SF) Medical School; Institute of Noetic Sciences; and Agape Spiritual Center (Los Angeles). In addition, he has been an advisor to Catholic, Protestant, and Buddhist monasteries. He conferred with foreign governments on international diplomacy and has been instrumental in resolving long–standing conflicts that were major threats to world peace. Health and well-being, then, are generally the automatic consequence of the letting go of guilt and other negativities, as well as the letting go of our resistance to the positive states of health and well-being."Some of the key points include the importance of being aware of one's own preconceptions about people, as well as our own inner feelings and thoughts, and how they affect those around us. Furthermore, the significance of focusing on good ideas for health, since "what is held in mind tends to express itself through the body". It was overall a good read. What are the most important roles in life that identify who I am? which three possessions help me create that impression? what possessions are linked rolls that are no longer important to me? after I’m gone, I want my children and grandchildren to remember me for these characteristics, things I did, or experiences I had. Which three possessions will help me leave these memories? What possessions that I only create an impression that I don’t want to leave? It was ok. If I hadn't previously read other similar books on decluttering/organizing/hoarding/etc, I might have given this one 3 to 3+ stars. The most interesting parts were the few personal stories of some folks Peter has helped. What are the best greatest and most in your life will continue to inspire And comfort you after you downsize

It starts with this central idea: As you look around the rooms filled with the stuff you have to process, the hurt or confusion you feel about getting rid of some of it is not about the stuff. You're only seeing the surface level. You have to dig deeper. Way down, underneath all this clutter, is where you confront the idea that: As I write this, my husband and I are contemplating moving to a smaller home in another city, which will require us to let some of our possessions go. I've also reached an age (I'll keep the specific number to myself, thanks) that allows me to see that the busiest phase of my working life will someday come to an end. It's not anytime soon . . . but it's not the hypothetical scenario it was when I was 30. Sometimes our attachments to our stuff become overwhelming and paralyzing. In my experience, when you get to this point, your ability to make decisions becomes impaired. Focused action becomes nearly impossible. It does to me. The challenge of downsizing the possessions in a home—whether their own or someone else's—petrifies many people. I know this well, because I've helped thousands deal with the clutter in their homes. Thousands more have asked for guidance on what to keep and what to let go while moving or downsizing. I've also had to downsize under trying circumstances that faced my own family. You have cookware and bedding to help you eat and sleep. Your books, magazines, and electronics entertain you. Your computers, woodworking tools, and musical instruments help you create. Your clothes, cars, and jewelry inform the world about the status you've achieved or hope to attain. So what is the Let It Go way? You'll purposefully confront the items now filling your home. Which ones bring up bad memories? Which ones are creating a wall around you that will keep you from grabbing the new prospects your life is about to offer? When Queen Elsa’s hidden powers plunge the land of Arendelle into an eternal winter, her sister Anna sets out to find her and save the kingdom before it’s too late. But as the storm rages on, both sisters must learn that only an act of true love can thaw a frozen heart. First, picture a big chain around your ankles that prevents you from moving toward the life you desire. That’s the image I give to my audiences when I talk about attachments. The Let It Go method also corrects the wrong impressions about downsizing that you may have learned! I'll lead you step-by-step through a different sort of downsizing process, one that prepares you emotionally and mentally beforehand, then helps you rapidly sift through your pile of stuff and discover benefits that others rarely find, like:
